Terms & Conditions Upon booking a room either through the internet or via the telephone you enter into a legally binding contract, and are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions.

Cancellation In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged (a cancellation can be made up to 6pm the day before arrival)

Arrival and Departure Your bedroom will usually be available from 3pm on your specified day of arrival. On your day of departure we would ask that you vacate your room by 10.30am (unless stated as part of your booking ) otherwise you may be subject to a charge for an additional night's stay.

Liability Other than for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of The Beeches ,The Beeches' liability to the Client is limited to the price of the booking. Unless The Beeches is liable under the above clause, the Client indemnifies the Hotel from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from the booking, event or function, the Client, guests or any outside contractors of the Client. The Beeches will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control. The Beeches does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, vehicles parked on the premises. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to The Beeches,and to its furnishings, utensils and equipment by any act, omission, default or neglect of the Clients, their guests or sub-contractors and will pay to The Beeches on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.

Privacy Policy and Security. Your privacy and security is important to The Beeches when visiting our Site. The Beeches will not loan, rent or sell your personal details to any third parties without your prior consent and will comply with all data protection legislation in force from time to time with regard to the treatment of any data it collects using the website. You will not receive unsolicited e-mails from us.These Terms and Conditions are subject to English Law and any dispute in relation to them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
